First Build · For schools · Class 8–11
A two-day program for schools. Helping students become creators, not just consumers, of AI.
Why now
Knowledge is free now. The only question that matters is what they do with it.
There are two kinds of students in every classroom now.
One asks AI for the answer. Finishes the assignment. Moves on. The tool does the thinking.
The other uses AI to build something real. A working product, made start to finish. The student does the thinking.
The schools that thrive will teach students to create with AI. Not just use it.
How it works
Build something for myself. Then build something for someone else.
Day One
Each student builds their own Chapter Coach: an AI tutor from any chapter. One that explains, tests, coaches, and plans. A tutor of their own, with AI as a multiplier.
Day Two
In teams, students build a working web app for a problem worth solving. They pick the problem. They build the product. By the end of the day, it works in the browser. Real people can use it.
What changes
They notice what changes in their child.
Confidence
A child who believes they can make real things.
Communication
Comfort presenting their work to a room.
Initiative
Starting things, instead of waiting to be told.
Creativity
Turning a spark of an idea into something that works.
The culmination
The moment the work becomes a story. Parents in the room. Students on stage.
Every student demos what they built, and why it matters.
Working products, not report cards, as proof of capability.
Begin a conversation.
