Founder & CEO

Samson has spent more than three decades doing two things most people only ever do one of: building new ventures from scratch and leading organizations at global scale. As a Founder, Fortune 100 CXO, AI Startup CEO, and Board Member, he has seen from the inside how businesses grow, how institutions function, and why capable people struggle when the rules quietly change. Orange Caterpillar emerges from that vantage point: an effort to explain how work actually works and help people navigate the transitions that shape their careers and lives.

Trisha David

Co-Founder & Director of Research & Ops

Trisha's work has always sat at the intersection of rigor and relevance. A top-of-class graduate in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins, she spent her research career leading advanced technology projects, guiding experimental design, and translating complexity into impact. At Orange Caterpillar, she shapes the research foundation and frameworks that connect learning, capability, and real-world application across the platform.
